Journeyline Properties is the land acquisition and development arm of Direct Journeyline Holdings. We identify, underwrite, and acquire commercial parcels positioned near high-traffic freight corridors — turning overlooked land into income-producing infrastructure.
Our focus is on sites near interstates, distribution centers, and industrial parks where demand for truck parking consistently outpaces supply. Once acquired, we either develop directly under the Riggy's brand or ground-lease to established operators.
